-We have to check twice a week to make sure we don't have held orders in Konnektive CRM as well as in OMS. 
- 
-1. Log in to Konnektive CRM

-2. Click **All Reports** in the navigation bar on the left. Then select **Fulfillments Details Report.**

-3. Adjust **Start Date** and **End date** **(This Month)**

-4. On **Fulfillment Status** - select **Hold** and **Pending**, then hit **GO.**

-5. At the bottom - you will see all orders that being **held** and **pending.**
