+Sometimes you may have difficulty locating a customer in the CRM. If you are unsuccessful with //phone number, name, order ID//, and// email address,// you can click on **Additional Filters** to search by more data such as //Card Last4// (the last 4 digits of the card used to make their purchase).

+If you are still unable to locate the customer, they have probably called the wrong company by mistake. You can recommend the following:
