It is not unusual for customers to contact us because they didn't understand the terms of their subscription. Common excuses are listed below.

===== I ordered a free sample / gift / trial size =====

===== I never intended to sign up for a subscription =====

I never placed an order with you.
  * Confirm email & physical addresses, card number. Will need to launch a fraud investigation - we can assist as we track the IP address of all orders.

I don’t want to receive any more products.
  * Trial is active
  * Trial has expired
    * There will be no further charges
