====== How to check Fulfillment Shipping Holds in CRM ====== We have to check twice a week to make sure we don't have held orders in Konnektive CRM as well as in OMS. 1. Log in to Konnektive CRM 2. Click **All Reports** in the navigation bar on the left. Then select **Fulfillments Details Report.** {{:admin:check_holds1.jpg?600|}} 3. Adjust **Start Date** and **End date** **(This Month)** 4. On **Fulfillment Status** - select **Hold** and **Pending**, then hit **GO.** {{:admin:check_holds2.jpg?600|}} 5. At the bottom - you will see all orders that being **held** and **pending.** {{:admin:check_holds3.jpg?600|}} 6. Notify management if you see any orders that being **held** and **pending** (if the orders are more than 2 days old)
