1.Open the RMA Tracker spreadsheet in a new window. Make sure you are in the tab for the correct month, 
and locate the last entry in the RMA TRACKER 

2.In a separate window or tab, login to the FDC portal as user support@dialcustomersolutions.com / goldink1234
