====== How to extend a trial subscription ======

You may need to extend a trial subscription for a couple of reasons:

  * The customer will be [[howto:rma|sending the product back]]
  * There have been shipping delays

1. Open the google spreed sheet available here :

2. Enter the required values for **Date, Agent and Order ID**. Set the **Next Bill Date** to 1 month in the future. 

**Please Note you MUST include an entry for EACH PRODUCT ordered by the client** Example - If the customer ordered Step 1 and Step 2 you would need to include 2 entries into the google document.
