====== How to see the status of a return ======

If a product has been sent to our returns facility, it will be tracked in //**FAFS**//. This will not tell you whether the refund has been issued yet, only whether it has arrived. Check the CRM to see if a refund has been issued.

Refunds are only issued automatically within 5 business days for shipments that included an RMA number. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the refund to appear on the bank statement.

1.  Login to **//FAFS//**.

2.  Click **Reporting > Warehouse Return Detail Report**. 

3.  Set your **Start Date** and **End Date**.

4.  Click **Search**.
