====== I need to change the address for my order ====== Check the [[howto:check_delivery|delivery status]] of the order. __If the order **Status** is on //Hold//:__ You can update the address information as the order has not yet shipped. It may need to be updated for __both__ the //Customer Details// as well as the //Order Details//. 1. Click to the **Orders** tab and click on the **Order** ID. {{:reasons:address_2.png|}} 3. If necessary, click on the pencil icon to update the addresses. {{:reasons:address_3.png|}} __If the order Status has progressed beyond Hold:__ The order is in transit and it is too late for us to change the destination.
