====== Cannot Locate Customer ====== Sometimes you may have difficulty locating a customer in the CRM. If you are unsuccessful with //phone number, name, order ID//, and// email address,// you can click on **Additional Filters** to search by more data such as //Card Last4// (the last 4 digits of the card used to make their purchase). {{:tips:additional_filters.png|}} If you are still unable to locate the customer, they have probably called the wrong company by mistake. You can recommend the following: * Check your credit card statement for a company name or phone number. * Check the product for a company name or phone number. * Ask your bank if they can help you identify who charged your card. If the customer says they got our phone number from their bank statement, please have them email a screenshot or photo to support@dialcustomersolutions.com.
