====== Unable to generate an RMA because order is Pending ======

The CRM does not give the //Issue RMA// option if the order is //Pending//.

In the case that you need to issue an RMA for one of these orders, follow the standard talk track but use their **Order Number** in place of the RMA number. 

This will indicate to our returns team that the refund needs to be processed manually.

**NOTE:** Note must include __//"Provided Order#: xxxxxxx - will serve as RMA" //__ 

__IMPORTANT:__ Be careful to include in your call note the exact amount that should be refunded upon return.
