Add MIDs to KNK

1. Login to KNK : Using Milla Meadows LLC Account

2. Click “+” sign to add a new Gateway

3. Fill out the form like the screenshot below.

• Unchecked AMEX
• Title : Use Descriptor/Bank Site name and then “-“ and then MID provider name. This will be on the txt file/document you get with the MID info.
• Category : Pick the category which is the name of the MID provider. Should be on the txt file/document.
• Gateway : Usually is “NMI” but could be another one. Check txt file/document or ask.
• Username / Password from txt or ask Management
• Checkboxes : Same as in screenshot
• Phone # / Chargeback # : These are the same, use from txt file or from “MIDs” section in Monday.
• Email : support@ with the domain.com for the MID being the rest.
• URL : Use the MID domain.
• Monthly Cap : Use info from “MIDs” in Monday.
• Discount Rate : 10%
• Reserve Rate : 10%
• Transaction Fee : $00.25
• Chargeback Fee : $35.00
• Descriptor : From “MIDs” section in Monday
• MID# : 123
• Processor : Put name of MID provider from txt or “MIDs” in Monday
• Merchant Category Code : Use from “MIDs” section in Monday
• Click “Create Gateway”
