Cannot Locate Customer

Sometimes you may have difficulty locating a customer in the CRM. If you are unsuccessful with phone number, name, order ID, and email address, you can click on Additional Filters to search by more data such as Card Last4 (the last 4 digits of the card used to make their purchase).
