Our products are usually sold on a subscription basis. Customers sign up for a 14 day risk free trial, during which time they are sent their first product(s). The customer pays only $4.76 for shipping.

Customers often have 1-2 add-on items with their order.

If a customer chooses to cancel within the trial period, they can return the product to us and their subscription will be cancelled and they will incur no further charges.

If the customer keeps the product after the trial expires, they are charged full price ($89.47 each). Every 30 days they will be charged and shipped new product.

If a customer calls us to cancel after their trial has ended, we will not issue any refunds unless buzzwords are used.

If a customer wishes to return a product to us for a refund, we can make them two offers to keep the product:

Offer #1 = $49.95 each

Offer #2 = $19.95 each

Unopened returns are subject to a $9 restocking fee.

Our trial subscription model allows customers to try our products for 14 days for only the cost of shipping. This lets you “try before you buy” and is the same model used by services like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

If you cancel before the end of the trial, simply ship the product back to us. Otherwise, keep the product and you will be billed and placed on a monthly subscription.
