You may need to extend a trial subscription for a couple of reasons:

• The customer will be sending the product back
• There have been shipping delays

1. Open the google spreed sheet available here :

2. Enter the required values for Date, Agent and Order ID. Set the Next Bill Date to 1 month in the future.

Please Note you MUST include an entry for EACH PRODUCT ordered by the client that needs to be cancelled Example - If the customer ordered Step 1 and Step 2 you would need to include 2 entries into the google document.
