If a product has been sent to our returns facility, it will be tracked in our RMA Tracker in Google Sheets. This will tell you if the product was returned and whether a refund has been issued yet. Always double-check the refund amount that was issued in the CRM.
Refunds are only issued automatically within 10 business days for shipments that included an RMA number. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the refund to appear on the bank statement.
1. Open the RMA Tracker in Google sheets.
2. Click the appropriate month tab in the sheet.
3. Search for the return using the Order ID, Last Name, or RMA Number values.
We have not yet received the item.
Talk Track: It seems as though our returns center has not yet received or processed the delivery. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed. I recommend waiting a couple more days and then check back with us if you still haven't received your refund.
If the customer can provide a tracking number showing proof of delivery, then we can process the refund.
The Status column will tell you whether the refund has been processed. If the field is blank, then you may process the refund and update the status in this field.
