How to see the status of a return

If a product has been sent to our returns facility, it will be tracked in FAFS.

1. Login to FAFS.

2. Click Reporting > Warehouse Return Detail Report.

3. Set your Start Date and End Date.

4. Click Search.

You can search this page by name or order number. Refunds are only issued automatically for shipments that included an RMA number.
