Transaction is showing Hard Decline

Sometimes when attempting to charge a customer, the transaction will fail with a Hard Decline message.

Usually we can resolve this by re-running the transaction through another merchant account. Do not ask the customer to notify their bank!

If you encounter this:

1. Let the customer know you will call them back.

2. Notify management.
