You may encounter a subscription of Recycle Failed.
This means that we attempted to bill the customer more than once and were unsuccessful. This does NOT mean that their subscription is cancelled! At some point the system will attempt to bill them again and their subscription will renew.
If a customer has contacted us to cancel their subscriptions, you must cancel these ones as well.
1. From the Continuity tab, click on the Purchase Name that is showing as Recycle Failed.
2. Click Restart Billing. When prompted, click Yes, I'm sure.
3. Click Cancel Subscription.
4. Set a Reason and click Submit Cancel.
