Customers may request a refund for unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
We may also issue a full or partial refund if the customer uses buzzwords.
You may also issue a partial refund if a customer accepts an offer.
If the customer is on the trial: Do not issue a refund, adjust the continuity price and use Force Bill.
If the trial has ended: you can refund the remainder to the existing transactions. Always “use up” a full transaction amount before carrying over to the next.
