We have to check twice a week to make sure we don't have held orders in Konnektive CRM as well as in OMS.
1. Log in to Konnektive CRM
2. Click All Reports in the navigation bar on the left. Then select Fulfillments Details Report.
3. Adjust Start Date and End date (This Month)
4. On Fulfillment Status - select Hold and Pending, then hit GO.
5. At the bottom - you will see all orders that being held and pending.
6. Notify management if you see any orders that being held and pending (if the orders are more than 2 days old)
