1. On KNK, go to Gateways > Gateway List

Find the affected MID (black box) and look for its ID (red box) and remember it.

2. Log in to VaultX or Click Verify, go to Straight Sales Continuity > Gateway Router the hit “New Gateway Routing”

3. Type asterisk(*) in all boxes

4. On *MID(s), type the affected MID ID.

On *Route MID(s), type the MID ID where you want it rerouted to (refer to step 1. for the list of available MID. You may choose the same company name (yellow box), make sure it is also working). Hit SUBMIT.

NOTIFY MANAGEMENT WHICH MID/GATEWAY ARE AFFECTED, SO THAT THEY CAN INVESTIGATE AND CHECK FURTHER.
