If we do not want to do business with a customer again then we will blacklist them. This list is shared across several partner sites.
Customers may contact us asking why or how they were added to the blacklist. We are unable to provide any details.
To blacklist a customer:
1. Open the customer's record in the CRM.
2. Click Blacklist Customer.
3. Click Add to Blacklist.
4. You will now see Blacklisted next to the customer's name. You can remove them from the blacklist by clicking unBlacklist.
