You may cancel a subscription via a custom method in Konnektive. If you want to stop an order from rebilling without refunding/voiding the order.

Just put in the string OTP or OTP+step in the note and VX will know to not rebill anymore. This also means, you do not need to do a Cancellation Entry via VX Cancels Sheet.

Add a note to the order and use the keyword OTP or OTP + step you want to cancel.

• OTP (cancel all steps)
• OTP3 (cancel only step3)
• OTP2 (cancel only step2)
• OTP1 (cancel only step1)

Important: If you are just cancelling a certain step/s, please make sure that you have the step's number included before you post it, otherwise each steps will set to be cancelled and you can't take it back.
