MAKING THE CUSTOMER TO STAY ON THE MEMBERSHIP

We do carry a high-end product lines, sometimes customer really like the products but they just wanted to cancel because they cannot afford. We can keep them to stay on the subscriptions by offering our life-time discount.

"I like the products but I cannot afford it."

You could get a big chance to customer accept the offer if you will hear this trigger word/phrase.

You could also ask some probing questions:

  • May I know the reason you want to cancel, is that about the price?
  • Do you like the products?

Talk Track I understand the price of our products might not fit to any one's budget. As a courtesy, I am able to offer you a 50% discount every month if you like to stay on the subscription.

Though we could always make this offer at any time but you must learn to press urgency for them to accept the deal today

Talk Track I do understand that you cannot decide right now. But setting your proper expectation, our promo will always do change from time to time. I cannot assure if this will still be available if your going to take the deal later today. However, please feel free to call us at any time to know about our exciting promos.

Always offer the higher price point first

  • 25% = $67.00
  • 50% = $45.00
  • 65% = $32.00
  • 80% = $20.00

If your customer accepts your offer then go to Cancels/Extensions sheet to set the PRODUCT PRICE and REBILL DATE per each steps. (You could also notify the stand by senior agents and they will be able do the changes through other portal)

Example: Customer ordered three items and all got a trial conversion. Seek for assistance if you encounter dissimilar scenario.

IMPORTANT: Always ask customer their preferred re-bill date, you do not need to set the dates with two days intervals for multiple products.
