CHECK RETURN STATUS

Even it is still not beyond the promised ETA, customer might contact to check the return status.

Here are some steps to check their returns.

Warehouse #1 : FFP Fulfillment (Fulfillment.com / Fulfillment.com_V2)

Open FFP's Return tracker:

CTRL+F to search, you can use some information available on KNK.

  • Order number
  • Issued RMA
  • First name Initial + Last name + City abbreviation (eg. K. Smith NM)

Talk Tracks:

A. Customer returned the items for refund

RETURNED: “I see here that the items has been returned. I will now process the total refund of $XX.XX. It should reflect back to your account depending on your bank processing time. Thank you!”

NOT YET RETURNED: “I do not see any record that the items has been returned. As promised we will process your refund once we received the items back. It could take 10-15 banking days.” – OR ask for a tracking number and check with USPS website

B. Customer returned the trial items to opt out of the program

RETURNED: “I see here that the items has been returned. I will now cancel your subscription and you will no longer receive any products and charges. Thank you!”

NOT YET RETURNED: “I do not see record that the items has been returned. As promised we will cancel your subscription once we received the items back. We did extend your trial last time you called/emails us, so please do not worry you won't be charged. – OR ask for a tracking number and check with USPS website
