If a product has been sent to our returns facility, it will be tracked in FAFS. This will not tell you whether the refund has been issued yet, only whether it has arrived. Check the CRM to see if a refund has been issued.

Refunds are only issued automatically within 5 business days for shipments that included an RMA number. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the refund to appear on the bank statement.

1. Login to FAFS.

2. Click Reporting > Warehouse Return Detail Report.

3. Set your Start Date and End Date.

4. Click Search.
