If a product has been sent to our returns facility, it will be tracked in FAFS.

1. Login to FAFS.

2. Click Reporting > Warehouse Return Detail Report.

3. Set your Start Date and End Date.

4. Click Search.

You can search this page by name or order number. Refunds are only issued automatically within 5 business days for shipments that included an RMA number. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the refund to appear on the bank statement.
