Check the delivery status of the order.
If the order Status is on Hold:
You can update the address information as the order has not yet shipped. It may need to be updated for both the Customer Details as well as the Order Details.
1. Open the customer record in the CRM and click on the pencil icon to update the addresses.
2. Click to the Orders tab and click on the Order ID.
3. If necessary, click on the pencil icon to update the addresses.
If the order Status has progressed beyond Hold:
The order is in transit and it is too late for us to change the destination.
Note the Tracking # and Method (carrier).
Talk Track: Unfortunately your shipment has already left our facility so it is too late for me to change the address. Don't worry! You can call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 and provide your tracking number and they will be able to update the address for you.
