Cannot Locate Customer

Sometimes you may have difficulty locating a customer in the CRM. If you are unsuccessful with phone number, name, order ID, and email address, you can click on Additional Filters to search by more data such as Card Last4 (the last 4 digits of the card used to make their purchase).

If you are still unable to locate the customer, they have probably called the wrong company by mistake. You can recommend the following:

  • Check your credit card statement for a company name or phone number.
  • Check the product for a company name or phone number.
  • Ask your bank if they can help you identify who charged your card.
