The CRM does not give the Issue RMA option if the order is Pending.
In the case that you need to issue an RMA for one of these orders, follow the standard talk track but use their Order Number in place of the RMA number.
This will indicate to our returns team that the refund needs to be processed manually. IMPORTANT: Be careful to include in your call note the exact amount that should be refunded upon return.
Talk Track: Please clearly mark your RMA number on both the inside and outside of the package. We also recommend obtaining a tracking number for the shipment. Send to:

Refunds will be issued within 5 days of delivery at our returns center.
